This website, solcedars.com, is run by SoL Cedars Developments S.A.R.L., registered in the Commercial Register of North Lebanon under No. 3025694, Batroun, North Lebanon. Contact: info@solcedars.com.
What this website collects
Nothing you type into this website is stored by us. The enquiry form has no database behind it. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email", your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with a pre-written message. The message is sent only if you choose to send it from that app.
The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts.
What we receive when you contact us
If you send us a message, we receive the details you chose to include, such as your name, country, phone number, email address and the residence you are interested in. We use them only to answer your enquiry, send you prices and project information, and follow up on a purchase you are discussing with us.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a purchase, and for no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example once a sale contract is signed.
Who else handles your data
Messages travel through the service you chose: WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider and ours. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@solcedars.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 412 6200. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
